Processing Time: 1-2 business days (we move fast when new heat drops)

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx – arrives in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Orders over £50 ship free via EMS – arrives in 15-25 business days

Note: We don’t ship to some remote areas – hit us at [email protected] if you’re unsure about your location.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Not feeling the fit? Graphic Tee not what you expected? No stress – we’ve got your back with our 15-day return policy (except for those limited drops – see below).

THE RULES

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed with tags still attached
  • Packaging: Send back in original packaging (keep that streetwear crispy)
  • Shipping Costs: You cover return shipping (we’ll handle the refund once received)

NO RETURNS ON: Final sale items marked “Special” or from our “House Check Collection” – these are limited drops we can’t restock.

HOW TO RETURN

  2. Wait for Approval: Our Norwich crew will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package It Up: Include the original packing slip or a note with your order number
  4. Ship It Back: Send to our UK warehouse (address provided in approval email)

EXCHANGES

Want to swap for a different size or color? Same process as returns – just specify in your email whether you want:

  • Different size of the same item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit for your next cop

We’ll process exchanges faster than our SS24 Bestsellers sell out.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa/MasterCard/JCB/PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees aren’t refunded (except for defective items)

International refunds may take 1-2 extra days to show in your account – bank processing times vary.
